The Ameda Custom Breast Flanges Without BPA are designed to provide more comfortable and efficient pumping for moms who need a larger breast flange. Mothers may need custom flanges if they experience pain while pumping even when using minimal suction or are pumping less milk than they believe they should be. Since the flanges come with two sizing options X-Large and XX-Large, you?re sure to get a good fit because you can?t buy the wrong size. The flange has a 36 mm nipple tunnel diameter with the insert in place the tunnel diameter measures 32.5 mm.
